Reflection 1

Great example of student using specific moments from her writing and from sample texts to support her discussion of Project 1.


Some of the genre features I decided to use were pictures, hyperlinks, bold words, and a little narrative writing. I wanted to a have a very open and friendly connection to my audience. To have a more inviting blog I decided to put a lot of happy pictures of my family and me. I showed pictures of my family because they mean the most to me and I wanted my audience to also see our connection.

I also chose to bold some key facts about myself. I wanted to make it easier for the reader to find some facts about Trazell without having to read the whole blog.

I have a very big interest in music. Music is a big part of who I am and it was also a big part of my childhood. I had first thought to just list my favorite artists and then hyperlink their biographies…
