"Good learners, like everyone else, are living, squirming, questioning, perceiving, fearing, loving, and languaging nervous systems, but they are good learners precisely because they believe and do certain things that less effective learners do not believe and do." -Postman and Weingartner (31)
In W21, I worked with a faculty colleague and two undergraduate peer mentors in our Composition Learning Community to study intermediate composition students’ experiences with peer mentors in online courses. Our study is published in Learning Communities Research and Practice and is available also on our university’s Digital Commons site: https://digitalcommons.wayne.edu/englishfrp/30/
