Reflection for Project 1

Great discussion of the writing process for Project 1.

Ms. Jankens course outcome of writing is “Write effectively for various rhetorical situations (considering elements such as genre, context, discourse community, claims, evidence, organization, style, rhetorical strategies, and persuasive effect), using a flexible writing process and varied technologies”. I satisfied the writing outcome by writing and responding effectively to Gee linguistic outcome of Discourse, which was a different genre to me. While completing the writing I identified what I thought my Primary and Secondary Discourses were within my life. Project 1 was a project where I learned, taught, and had fun, but also achieved one of course outcomes in English 1020 which is a step closer to bettering my Secondary Discourse, school.
